For me, the camera is a magical time-lapse machine that I use to try to capture people in a "here and now" way, so that the sight of the photographs evokes an emotion in them. I also do printmaking and acrylic painting. I currently spend most of my time either in Eastern Slovakia or travelling abroad.

BIO

BIO
I come from Bardejov. I started photography in high school, where I studied graphic design. After graduating from high school I worked in an e-shop based in Bardejov. Beside my work I was taking photos in local Roma settlements as part of the DOM.ov project.
When I quit my job and started travelling, my journey took me to France, where I worked as a volunteer. It was there that I managed to realize and present my first foreign photography project called "Volunteers - photos and stories of volunteers", namely in the South of France. I spent the last years in Scandinavia, near the Arctic Circle, surrounded by cows and moose.
